Effect of Figure Eight Vision Exercise Combined with Chin Nodding and Neck Stretching Exercises on Computer Vision Syndrome

Purpose: Main aim of the study is to evaluate effectiveness vision exercise with chin nodding and neck stretching among computer users also intend show effect figure eight only. Methods: This randomized controlled trial was carried out in Islamabad Rawalpindi. Computer syndrome symptoms data will be collected from self-administered questionnaire level instrument questionnaire. 33 participants (17=male, 16=female) group A (experimental group) given stretching. B (control only one month follow up. Intervention 4 5 times per week (once a day). Data analysis done through SPSS. Results: In both questionnaires, between groups, pre post intervention P value shows non-significant results. While within 1, P-value 0.00 which significant results 2, 0.02 while B, 0.13 Practical Implication: Regarding comparison exercises difference non- significant. But, groups’ individually CVS questionnaire, result Conclusion: Study concludes that groups showed regarding but non-significant. Keywords: Randomized trial, syndrome, exercise, (exercise therapy).
